Guests are required to show valid ID proofs during the visit (minimum ID proof for 2 people is required) 

• Customers should ensure they have their own content source ready for an optimal viewing experience. 
• Guests are requested to maintain CLEANLINESS inside the theater. 
• Party poppers, snow sprays, cold fire, and any comparable items are not allowed inside the theatre. 
• In case of any technical interruption from our end, appropriate refund will be provided. 
• The booking period includes the time needed for check in and check-out. to ensure that they and their belongings are fully vacated from the theatre premises by the specified end time. 

• Customers are advised not to alter or modify the setup of any technical equipment provided 

• Customers are responsible for any damages caused to the theater premises and will be held liable for the associated repair or replacement costs. 

• Strictly no consumption of smoke, alcohol and other substances 

• Minors are not allowed to book the theater individuals below 18 years of age cannot book the theater. Legal guardians can book the theater and bring their minor ward(s) along with them. 

• A cleaning fee of up to Rs 500 will be applied if extensive cleaning is required following the customers check-out 
• Customers are responsible for their belongings
