At Surprise town bangs, we strive to provide a seamless booking experience. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled. 1. Cancellation by Customers We understand that plans may change. Our cancellation policy is as follows: Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the booking date: Eligible for a full refund (excluding payment processing fees, if applicable). Cancellations made between 24 to 48 hours before the booking date: Eligible for a 50% refund of the total booking amount. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the booking date or no-shows: No refund will be provided. 2. Rescheduling Policy Customers can reschedule their booking once at no extra cost, subject to availability. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the event. 3. Cancellation by Us In the rare event that we need to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances such as technical issues, maintenance, or other operational reasons, we will: Offer a full refund of the booking amount. Provide an option to reschedule the event at no extra charge. 4. Refund Processing Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Customers will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated. 5.
